Our flexibility is our strength. Standard delivery time is 48 hours or less after the subject property has been inspected. Rush orders requiring after hours inspections, faster delivery times or weekend inspections can be accommodated. We are accessible via cell phone 7 days per week until 10:00 PM Central Time. Our coverage area includes Collin, Dallas, Denton, Rockwall and Tarrant counties. Requests for appraisals in neighboring counties are evaluated on a case by case basis, depending on available resources. Completed reports can be transmitted via e-mail in PDF format. Other means of electronic transmission are available. We are listed on the FHA and VA appraiser rosters, and are on the approved appraiser lists of many major conventional lenders.
